Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd (RFC) was set up in 1991 and licensed as a founder member of the Malta Stock Exchange to carry out stockbroking and related investment management and advisory services in respect of instruments quoted on the Malta Stock Exchange.
Additionally, the company holds a Category 2 Investment Services license issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). This license authorises the company to provide any investment related service including holding and/or controlling clients money and assets through an execution-only or advisory agreement.
The owners of the Company have nearly thirty years experience in the provision of financial and investment services to clients as a result of their involvement, since 1977, in Financial + Investment Services Ltd., another family owned company providing investment portfolio management services on international securities.
