Existing clients who wish to purchase securities through our firm must complete a Purchase Order Form and return this to us by fax on (+356) 22583001. In order to save the Purchase Order Form also for future transactions, please follow the following steps:
1. Right click on the Purchase Order Form link below
2. Choose Save Target As...
3. Choose your local destination folder and press SAVE
This can then be used for future purchases with our firm. As described in the Trading section of this site, funds to cover the approximate total cost must be sent to us either by cheque payable to "Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd. - Clients A/C" or by direct credit to our Clients A/C either held with HSBC Bank Malta plc (006 050041 003) or with Bank of Valletta plc (148 065 18025) prior to the order being accepted and executed.
Once the order has been executed, a Contract Note will be sent by mail. In respect of orders completed in full, any remaining monies due to you from your advance payment will be refunded by cheque or direct credit immediately.
